How to Place an Order
Step 1 - share your idea
Use our contact form or email to send us your ideas. We’ll review your request and come back with suggestions on how to achieve the best possible result.
Step 2 – Send Your Photo
Email us your chosen portrait photo. We will convert it into a single-colour sketch, which is ideal for embroidery.
This approach ensures:
- Cleaner, more defined results
- Better suitability for stitching
- Lower overall cost
Important Notes
- Digitising Fee: An upfront payment of £18 + VAT is required at the start of Step 3 (covers digitising costs)
- Final Payment: Due at the beginning of Step 4
- Garment Options:
We offer a wide range of garments and colours. For the best results, we recommend thicker fabrics such as:- Sweatshirts
- Hoodies

Step 3 – Digitising the Design
Once you approve the sketch, we convert it into a digitised embroidery file suitable for machine embroidery.
- This process typically takes around 24 hours
- The work is completed by our specialist digitising partners
Step 4 – Final Approval & Embroidery
We’ll send you the final design for approval.
Once you’re happy, we proceed with embroidering your design onto your chosen garment.
