Can I order personalised items online?
Yes — all orders can be placed through our online store, including personalised embroidery requests where applicable.
Do you supply school uniforms for specific schools?
Yes, we supply embroidered uniforms for selected local schools and continue to expand our range regularly.
Can you embroider company logos onto workwear?
Absolutely. We can embroider logos onto polos, hoodies, jackets, fleeces, hi-vis clothing, and more.
What is photo-realistic embroidery?
Photo-realistic embroidery is a specialist embroidery technique designed to recreate detailed portraits, pets, faces, and complex artwork using thread.
How do I choose the correct uniform size for my child?
As a general guide, we recommend measuring your child's chest and choosing a garment size that is at least 2 inches larger than their chest measurement. This allows for comfortable wear, freedom of movement, and room for growth throughout the school year.
Example:
If your child's chest measures 26 inches, we recommend ordering a 28-inch jumper, cardigan, polo shirt, or PE top.
Children grow quickly, so many parents prefer to choose a slightly larger size. For example, our own 8-year-old son has a 25.5-inch chest and comfortably wears a 30-inch school jumper. It is a little roomy, but provides extra comfort and lasts longer before needing replacement.

20" = 1–2 yrs | 22" = 2–3 yrs | 24" = 3–4 yrs | 26" = 5–6 yrs | 28" = 7–8 yrs | 30" = 9–10 yrs | 32" = 11–12 yrs | 34" = 13+ yrs

Custom Embroidery & Digitising
Can I send my own logo or design?
Yes — you can send us your artwork or logo and we will prepare it for embroidery.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend high-quality PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS files, although we can usually work from clear JPEG images too.
What is embroidery digitising?
Digitising is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read.
Do you charge for digitising?
Digitising charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design. In many cases, the fee can be reduced or waived for larger orders.
Can you match brand or school colours?
We use premium embroidery threads and always aim to match colours as closely as possible.

What embroidery threads do you use?
We use high-quality embroidery threads such as Madeira Polyneon, known for durability, colour resistance, and professional finish.
Will the embroidery last after washing?
Yes — all garments are embroidered using professional stabilisers and backing materials to help maintain quality and longevity.
Do you print or embroider designs?
Our main specialism is embroidery, although some products may also include print options where suitable.
Delivery & Collection
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we offer free local delivery on qualifying orders or delivery for a small nominal charge.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the product and level of personalisation, but most orders are completed within a few working days.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available by arrangement.
Returns & Payments
Can personalised items be returned?
Unfortunately, personalised or custom embroidered items cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
